Whether you are in Belgium or Spain, working with one of our advisers or not, an account must be created for orders to be placed.

PAYMENT
Payments are made solely by bank transfer. There is therefore no need for an online transaction.
We request a 50% deposit of the total amount to confirm your order. Once your payment is received, we pass the order on to our suppliers. If your order is urgent, proof of payment is sufficient confirmation.
We request that the balance is settled once the entirety of your order has reached our showroom.
DELIVERY
Please allow between 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation.
TRANSPORT/ ASSEMBLY FEES
For all Zapinvest customers, delivery and assembly is absolutely free for any orders for over €6000.
A quote can be provided on request for any amounts below this figure.
GUARANTEE
Furniture is carefully installed by our skilled team. Should a manufacturing fault or incident during transport be detected, our team will ensure to resolve it as swiftly as possible.
